Bill's extensive consulting background in safety, transportation, environmental and business insurance adds to the expertise offered through J. Connor & Associates. Bill directs business development activities, establishing strategic alliances and coordinating internal and external resources to assure quality, timely, and cost effective delivery of our products and services to customers. He brings to J. Connor & Associates an impressive record of business accomplishments in the consulting field B association relationships that include manufacturers, agribusiness, horticulture, chemical companies, equipment dealers, auto dealers, and the insurance industry. Bill has a B.A in Business Management & Marketing from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and numerous courses in safety training & programs, risk assessment, and business management.

Dorothy J. Waters, Consultant
Attorney at Law

Dorothy Waters is a licensed attorney with over ten years experience in safety compliance, dealing with OSHA and DOT. Dorothy also has undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from the University of Kansas. Her experience in the safety field includes development of written safety programs, written employee training materials, safety newsletters, and site inspection programs. She has also conducted employee training and management safety seminars. She was a frequent speaker at industry trade association annual and regional meetings. Dorothy is also proficient at performing site safety inspections, identifying problems and providing solutions to those problems. Dorothy has also frequently assisted clients with dealings with government safety agencies.
